DONNA SOZIO KOSMAS

DONNA SOZIO KOSMAS is the Vice Presidnet of Human Resources for Dr. Reddy's North American Business. Donna divides her time between Promius Pharma and other core businesses in North America. During her time with Dr. Reddy's, she has been instrumental in shaping the vision and strategic direction for North America. Donna has also been instrumental in the development of a cross-cultural awareness program to help integrate the North American Business.

Background:
Donna boasts more than 20 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry with experience at Johnson & Johnson, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Merck, and most recently as the North America Human Resources Leader for Dr. Reddy's Laboratories.

Philosophy:
Donna believes that the partnership between Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and Promius Pharma has created an atmosphere of openness and creativity missing in many US pharmaceutical companies. She also values the company's diversity, its commitment to social responsibility, and its small company environment. "We're proud of being a relatively small company with the support of a large, multinational organization. Our goal is to preserve that small company atmosphere in order to be more responsive and adaptive to the needs of our customers, stakeholders, and employees."
