MICHAEL J. DAY
MICHAEL J. DAY serves as Director of National Accounts and Managed Markets at Promius Pharma. Currently, Mike is in charge of all aspects of managed markets, including contracts, managed care, trade, distribution, government, and institutions for all Promius products. Mike plays the lead role in ensuring that Promius products are available for all patients throughout the country.
Background:
Mike honed his skills over the course of several years with Ferndale Laboratories, where he held various positions in sales and national account management. At Ferndale, he was responsible for developing strategic initiatives, fostering critical relationships, and securing contracts throughout the distribution process. In his role as Senior National Account Manager, he was responsible for managed markets across the entire nation.
Philosophy:
Mike was drawn to Promius for four primary reasons. First, the challenge of building a product distribution process from the ground up; second, the attraction of a smaller start-up company with the opportunity to play a vital role; third, the substantial backing provided by Dr. Reddy's Laboratories; and finally, the chance to be part of an exceptional team.
